Trying to gamble without a strategy can be fun, but eventually you’re going to get tired of it. You’re going to want to do more than just go with your gut. If you’re talking about sports betting, then chances are good that you really need to find football betting tips. Of course, other sports should still get strategy tips too but most people go online to sportsbooks to be ton the big football games.

There are ways to get the edge in terms of football betting, but you will have to build the right strategy and believe in it. When you go online you have to also realize that not everyone will be gambling alongside you with the same goals. Some people just want to get off work, turn on the telly, watch the big games and maybe place a few bets that they feel confident in. if that’s the type of bettor you’ve become, that’s fine if it works for you. If you want more, there’s a way to get more without hurting yourself in the process.

It goes back to the online football betting tips. There’s no point in building a strategy if you have no idea what works and what doesn’t work. Getting with older players that have been gambling longer can also give you a more real time version of this. Knowing what doesn’t work lets you refine your strategy faster than if you had to test everything on your own.

Don’t neglect the idea that proper information about the teams in question can make the difference as well. This is a step that a lot of newcomers to sports betting skip over but it’s really important. In order to make more money at the betting side, you need to have more information on the sports side. You need to know the best players, the best teams, their statistics, and anything else that can help you make better decisions.

Sure, there’s going to be times where you feel like you should go with your gut rather than thinking about any type of strategy. When you find football betting tips online, this will probably be addressed. Our opinion is that only you can know whether or not you should go with your gut, so make sure that you focus on the bigger picture today — you’ll be glad that you did. Check out those football tips today and incorporate them into your overall betting strategy — what do you really have to lose?

Match day 5 is when the groups start to get more tense as some teams are going into games either needing must ones, or those crucial points to secure a spot in the next stage. Match day 5 is spread over two days, Wednesday 30th of November, and 1st of December and below is the pick of the matches in my opinion.

Celtic v Atletico Madrid

Celtic were fortunate to qualify, and then unfortunate to get a tough group containing Rennes and Udinese. Celtic have held their own so far and stick in with a real chance of qualifying. Atletico Madrid will qualify if they were to get the 3 points at Park Head, but it will not be easy, as Celtic are a very formidable side at home. It’s all to play for in this fixture and the atmosphere will be electric. In the reverse fixture, Atletico Madrid were on top form, as they easily saw off the threat from Celtic, with a comfortable 2-0 victory.

FC Twente v Fulham

The top two teams from K both looking for wins as they try and get 1st place in their group, and therefore an easier match in the next round. Twente have already progressed, and it seems very likely that Fulham will to, but if Twente avoid defeat tonight, then they will finish in top spot. Both sides are supposedly dark horses for the tournament, and of course Fulham reached the final two years ago. The last time these two sides met it was 1-1 at Cravern Cottage in a lively game, where Andy Johson gave the hosts a lead, and a rather unfortunate goal was conceded for Fulham’s point of view to share the spoils.

Stoke v Dynamo Kiev

Stoke have started brilliantly so far in the Europa League. When these sides first met back in September, a late Dynamo Kiev goal saw them steal a point from Stoke, although Stoke would of taken a point before the match. Since then, Stoke have won three on the bounce and looking aside the rest of Europe will want to avoid. Dynamo Kiev are currently sitting 3rd in the group, and will need a result if they wish to continue further in the Europa League. It will be a tough ask for them, with Besiktas looking stronger favourites to qualify, but one thing for sure is that it will be an entertaining game for all the spectators.

Every now and then, in European competitions a surprise team wins it. There is the potential of that happening again this season, as the competition is full of dark horses who can go all the way this season. In this tournament, you need hard work, belief you can win, and no doubt a slice of luck if you want to go all the way. The following 3 teams are my main dark horses who I believe can win the tournament next May.

Stoke

Stoke are new to the European stage, but their specific style of football has got the right results in the Premier League, and they are now transforming that onto the European stage. No team in the world will want to go the Britannia. It’s a small hostile ground, and suits Stoke style of play perfectly. So far this season they have performed well in the group stage and one more point will see them through. They have added players like Woodgate, Crouch and Palacios who have some European experience, to add to their already strong group of players, so it wouldn’t surprise me if Stoke go a long way in the competition.

FC Twente

FC Twente is having a couple of great seasons in quick succession. They won their first ever league title a few years ago, and played in the Champions League last season. This year though, their realistic ambitions is to win this competition, and I believe they can do. They have picked up 10 points so far in the group stage, having already qualified and look an impressive outfit. They will face teams in the latter stages who are better, but I can see FC Twente getting past most teams if they play to their potential best. A lot of people would suggest if a Dutch team would win it, it will be PSV, but I am going for FC Twente as a dark horse.

Sporting Lisbon

Portuguese teams did well last season, as they had 3 teams in the semi finals. If a Portuguese team were to win it this year, then you’d go for Sporting Lisbon (that’s if Porto don’t finish 3rd in their Champions’ League group). Sporting Lisbon have looked one of the better sides so far in this tournament and have almost qualified from a tough group involving Lazio. Sporting Lisbon has had better teams in the past, but this may mean less expectation, and therefore they are another one of my dark horses for this season.

We are not yet sure of all the teams who will progress into the knockout stages, as the group stages are still ongoing and also Champions League teams also enter too, which could include holders Porto and Manchester City. However, it’s starting to shape up the next stage and here are my top 3 favourites who I believe can go all the way. The reason why I have chosen these particular teams, it is because I belief that they have more desire to win it, as well as European experience and quality throughout their team.

Athletic Bilbao

This is a Spanish side that continues to rise in La Liga. It may be a two horse race in the league, but Barcelona and Real Madrid are on another planet to most teams. Athletic Bilbao have hopes of qualifying for the Champions League next season, which states their ambition for European football. Going to their stadium is always a tricky fixture for any one and they have the quality to go to any stadium and get a result. For me, they are the strongest Spanish side in their this season, and that country has won the Europa League more than any other country. Fernando Llorente is their striker and on form he is unplayable.

PSG

Paris Saint-Germain is quickly becoming a force in European football, as they have recently been invested with a lot of money. A lot of the bookmakers have them favourites, and it’s because they are breeding new quality in their team at every transfer window. Jeremy Menez and Javier Pastore both play their trade at PSG, and two quality players who could get in most teams in the world. They are currently in the same group as Athletic Bilbao, but I expect both to qualify, and I reckon they could meet each other again in the final, and what a tremendous final it would be.

Schalke 04

This last choice was tough, as Tottenham, Ateltico Madrid and Lazio came to my mind first. However, Schalke reached the semi finals of the Champions League last season, and they can use that experience to go the full distance in the Europa League this time around. Their squad hasn’t changed much from last season, and if anything have got slightly weaker, but if they can use the same spirit as they did last season, then they have a fantastic chance. German teams are on the rise again in my opinion, all play open attractive football and I tip them this Schalke side to come there or thereabouts in the end.

If there’s one thing that seems to be part of a great life, it’s having friends. Yet when you work all the time, or you’re trying to take care of a sick loved one, it can be hard to go out and make new friends the way that you might be used to in the past. It’s pretty easy to get depressed and feel like there’s no way that you’re going to get new friends but we’re all about keeping it positive here. You must believe in your heart that you will be able to get have a good time in order to really get things done. Your mission is to make sure that you’re going to be able to not only pass the time but also make friends that like what you like. The best friends that you can have are the ones that are into the same things that you are into. After all, if you really have nothing in common, you’re going to have a hard item actually staying friends.

But that’s where good casino games come in. You’re going to actually be able to have a good time and meet new people. There’s not going to be as much worry as to whether or not you’ll make new social connections because you’re already in the right place. As long as you’re into casino games, there’s nothing really to worry about.

You might want to start with online roulette because it really is a game of luck, but you can always go out from there. Just about every casino knows that people come to socialize and have a good time. That’s why there’s always a chat window or even a whole separate forum for you to post things. It would be better to make sure that you can participate in the social side as much as possible.

Black jack online is really the best way to go if you really want to get into both the strategy-based casino games as well as the social side of things. Naturally, we’re not saying that you have to go with the strategy side of the equation. It’s all about what you want to achieve. If you’re not the type of person that really wants to go into all of the strategy stuff, you can always stick to slots.

There’s nothing wrong with choosing a slot game like the Book of Ra or even Coyote Cash — they’re both great games and they are available in a lot of different places.

Either way, now is the time to go out and make friends without even leaving your home — just go online and hit the casinos!

Soccer, or European football, is becoming a popular sport in the United States. And since online sports betting is popular with every other major sport; why not add soccer to the list. On a global scale, soccer betting is rising to the most popular spot. Americans would be surprise to know that in Europe, betting on a soccer match is as popular as betting on a football game.

But is the betting the same for each sport? Soccer betting is similar to wagering on professional baseball or hockey because it uses the money line. There is one major difference. A soccer bet can be made three ways, betting on the home team, betting on the away team, or predicting a tie game. However, since you can wager a tie, this means that the team you bet on must win the game or you lose your bet.

For instance:

Rotherham United – 182
Draw +230
Forest Green +450

If the bettor wagers on Rotherham, they will risk $18.20 to win $10. For those bettors who are backing Forest Green, they could potentially win $45 for every $10 wager. For those who think the game will end in a tie, they will risk $10 to win $23.

Other types of soccer bets are over/under, which allows bettors to wager over a certain number of goals or under a certain number of goals. Bettors can also place a proposition bet such as, time of the first goal, first team to score, or the team ahead at halftime.

Everyone loves a good set of football snoods, but what about classic European football snoods? You don’t have to be out there practicing your footy skills on the field every day to rock a football snood. You don’t even have to be a male to rock one of those nice pieces of neckgear. You can actually rock the style if you’re a woman. A lot of athletic women find that a set of classic European football snoods really do not only protect the neck, but it makes the neck warm. Once your neck is warm, the rest of your body is pretty easy to keep warm as well. Sure, you’re going to still want to wear a hat or a hood, but these snoods definitely do the job in a pinch.

But where to begin? After all, trying to zip down to the high street and run around the shops is a bit boring. Too many people, and far too much traffic. You might as well try to find some way to avoid the gas and the time spent going around and around in circles looking for something that ends up being out of your reach.

You will want to save yourself the time and the hassle by going online to check out classic European football snoods. That’s going to be the best way to get exactly what you want, at a price that’s completely affordable. If you want to have a funky, cool style, you’re going to want to look online. The deals that you would get online are going to be so much better than what you would find at any local shop.

The next logical step would be to make sure that you buy online so that you can have it shipped directly to your home.

What comes next, though? You just get some snoods and keep on going? Not at all. You want to make sure that you’re keeping your snoods in top condition. If they’re really classic European football snoods, then you will want to make sure that you look at the label to see how they need to be washed. Because of the classic material that’s used, you’re going to need to ensure that you really do take the time to wash them carefully. Dry them off really well before you put them back on. If you have a hook in your room to hang the snoods on, you should definitely use that as well — it will help you keep the material as a whole as straight and uncompressed as possible. You don’t want to just throw it on the floor where it can get all crumpled up!

So, today is a great day to get your hands on classic European football snoods — no matter who you are!

Europa League group stages kick off on Thursday, as all times are hoping this is the start of a successful campaign. Current holders Porto are in the Champions League, so unless they finished 3rd in their group, we’ll be crowning new champions next May. There are many teams in it, who have the capabilities of going all the way this season. Match day 1 has some intriguing fixtures, and hopefully it gets off to a great entertaining start.

Dynamo Kiev v Stoke – 6:00pm

Kiev reached the quarter finals last time round which including them knocking out Manchester City in the process. However, they were knocked out to eventual finalists Braga. Stoke haven’t been in this competition before, and entered it because they reached the FA Cup final last season. They have a tough squad, and play very well at home in the Britannia Stadium. New signings Peter Crouch and Wilson Palacios show everyone else that they intentions to improve their position in the league and go all the way in the Europa League this season. Kiev are favourites for this season given their experience. They are priced at 4/5. Stoke are not given much of a hope at 7/2, and will need to battle if they are to get 3 points in this fixture. Besiktas are another team in this group, as well as Maccabi Tel Aviv, so all teams will need to get off to a good start. Personally, I can’t see a team winning this one. A tight and tense affair.

My Recommendations;

Correct Score; 0-0 (8/1) First Goal Scorer; Peter Crouch for Stoke (8/1)

Atletico Madrid v Celtic – 8:05pm

Atletico Madrid are one of the pre season favourites, and won the tournament back in 2010. They have sold Aguero and Forlan but have purchased Falcao who won the Europa League last season with Porto, scoring many important goals on the way. Atletico Madrid host Celtic, who are fortunate to even be in the competition. They had faced FC Sion in the qualifying game but were eliminated 3-1 on aggregate after the two games. However, since Sion played players who were ineligible to play, Celtic were rewarded to 3-0 wins, and take their spot in the Europa League. Celtic are 13/2 to win tonight, but many will be going for a home win on this one as Atletico are 4/9 to take all the points. Celtic are fortunate to be here, but are always capable of being a hard game for anyone in Europe, but their away record is poor and will be tough for them there, so Atletico for me.

My Recommendations;

Correct Score; 2-0 (5/1) First Goal Scorer; Arda Turan (9/1)

Fulham v FC Twente – 8:05pm

Fulham went all the way to the final in 2010, only to narrowly lose to Atletico Madrid in the final, courtesy of a Diego Forlan goal. FC Twente won the Dutch Championship in the same year, and played in the Champions League last season. They failed to qualify for that this season, so will have to put up with a spot in the Europa League. Both of these teams have the capabilities of going far. Costa Rica international Bryan Ruiz is now a Fulham player, having been signed from FC Twente for £10.6million. He had a tough start to the Premier League, being brought off at half time on Sunday, and is unavailable to start against his old side. Fulham are slight favourites for this one, with them having home advantage, they are priced at EVENS. Twente are 11/4 to win this match, with a draw at 12/5. The Premier League is far more difficult than the Dutch League, so I am going to go for a home win, if they play with their high tempo and take their chances.

My Recommendations;

Correct Score; 3-1 (16/1) First Goal Scorer; Moussa Dembele for Fulham (5/1

The Europa League is a prestigious tournament second only to the Champions League. Some of the great sides around Europe play each other in the Europa League on Thursday nights. The tournament has had many formats and name changes of the years. It’s previous name was the UEFA Cup, but recently changed to the Europa League in 2009. The tournament started back in 1972, and Tottenham was the first winners of the famous trophy. To qualify for this tournament, you will need to achieve a certain league position finish in national leagues, and also win national cups.

Changed Formats

When the UEFA Cup started, the tournament was simply just knockout matches over two legs, including the final. It carried on with this format for quite some time, until 1998. Inter Milan played Lazio in the final, but it was just the one match at a neutral venue, which was Parc de Princes for this occasion. The rest of the tournament still followed the same format, where each team would play knock out matches over two legs for about 6 or 7 rounds until the final. The UEFA Champions League had group stages during this time with the elite clubs in that competition. However, UEFA Cup was considering a change of format which is so successful in the Champions League, and that was to have a group stage followed by knock out matches. UEFA Cup changed it’s name to Europa League, partly because of this format change. Football teams always play other countries in the group stage, but in latter stages it is possible to play another team from the same country, and that has happened many times, and sometimes it’s happened in semi finals and finals.

The Current Format

There is 160 teams that take part in the tournament, but most of them play in the qualifying stages, and when the group stages start, is when the tournament has started proper. At this point there are 48 teams, split up to 12 groups of 4. The top 2 teams from each group progress to the next round. Then at this stage, 3rd place teams in the Champions League groups go into the Europa League 3rd round, so there are 32 teams left in it. From this point, teams draw other teams based on where they finished in the group and play two legged knock out matches until the final, which is a one leg match at a neutral venue.

Most Successful Teams

There are currently 3 teams who have won the trophy on 3 occasions and that’s Inter Milan and Juventus from Italy and Liverpool from England. Overall, there has been 26 winners of the 39 years of this cup from different countries over Europe including, England, Italy, Spain, Russia, Turkey, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium. Italian teams have been the most successful, as their teams combined have won it 9 times, 3 more than 2nd place, which is joint by Germany, England and Spain. Despite being the most successful nation, an Italian club hasn’t won it since 1999, and since then a Spanish club have won it on 5 different occasions.

Europa League 2011/2012

This is the 40th season of the UEFA Cup/ Europa League and the current holders are Porto, who were very impressive in last season’s campaign. They will not be in the tournament however, unless they finish 3rd in their Champions’ League group. Currently Tottenham are one of the strongest sides in the tournament, along with Udinese and Sevilla, as well as others. When the group stage finishes, there will be more teams from the Champions League to make it an even more difficult competition to win. An English side hasn’t won this tournament since Liverpool won it back in 2001, so perhaps they are due a win, as Portuguese and Spanish have been more successful in recent years. The final of this year’s competition is in Budapest, Romania at the Stadionhul National. The qualifying rounds have all been done, and the group stage has been draw, so the proper tournament is starting very soon. Champions League is on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, therefore Europa League will take up the Thursday night slights, and matches generally kick off between 6:00 and 9:00 in all countries.
